1. Get in Touch
Your journey begins when you enquire or submit our online application form.
Once we receive your details, Paul or Sharon will personally contact you for a conversation about your lifestyle, family dynamic and expectations.
This call helps us understand your needs so we can recommend the Oodle breed that best suits your home and lifestyle.
-

2. Breed & Puppy Matching
With decades of specialised experience, we guide families through the differences between Cavoodles, Groodles and Labradoodles, including size, temperament, coat type and energy level.
After confirming the breed that aligns with your lifestyle, we will let you know what puppies or upcoming litters match your preferences.
-

3. Securing Your Puppy – The Administration Fee
To proceed, families place a $500 non-refundable but transferable Administration Fee.
What this fee does:
Confirms your genuine intention to purchase a puppy
Places you on our priority waitlist
Allows you to transfer to a future litter if the timing isn’t right
Ensures you are contacted when suitable puppies are available, if one is not confirmed at time of application
Once received, you become part of our priority waitlist for puppies that fit your preferences.
Please note the administration fee will be deducted off the final price of sale. -

4. Puppy Availability & Preparation
When a suitable puppy is available, we will contact you directly.
All puppies go to their new families at nine weeks of age, after they have:
Received two vaccinations
Been microchipped
Completed a veterinary health check
Been wormed and appropriately treated for parasites
Final payment is made at pickup or three business days before transport if your puppy is travelling interstate.
-

5. Collection Day & Your Training Session With Paul
Upon collection, families receive a 45-minute personalised training session with Paul, ensuring every puppy leaves with strong foundations and every family feels confident.
Your session covers:
Behaviour basics
Toilet training
Crate and sleep routines
Early obedience
Socialisation guidance
Answers to all your questions
This ensures puppies and families start their journey on the best possible path.
-

6. Transporting Your Puppy
You may collect your puppy directly from our property, or we can help arrange delivery through our trusted nationwide animal transport provider (pricing varies by location).
-

7. Welcome to the Doodle Dogs Family
