We’ll provide all the necessary information to help you make this important decision of welcoming a new family member into your life. Please reach out to us for a consultation and discussion.

2. Fill Out a Puppy Application

Once you have decided to commit to purchasing a puppy and have been guided through the process by our team, it’s time to fill out our convenient online puppy application form. This form helps us gather essential details about you, your lifestyle and your puppy preferences. Please ensure you have all your questions and concerns addressed before completing the form.

3. The Puppy Waitlist

After we have reviewed your application form, we will send you an email confirming your placement on our waitlist. Being on the waitlist signifies your readiness and commitment to welcoming a puppy into your home, as availability is limited. To secure your puppy, we require a deposit which can be made to our designated bank account. This ensures that we communicate with individuals and families genuinely interested in adding a puppy to their home. You will also be informed of your waitlist number in this stage. This will be done via email confirmation, confirming your preference of timing or placement on our waitlist.

Please note that a puppy is only secured upon receipt of the deposit payment, and we will keep you updated on any litters born and your current position on the waitlist.

Choosing the Right Puppy for You

4. Costs Involved

The deposit you make contributes towards the total purchase price (unless stated otherwise) for your cavoodle, labradoodle, or groodle. The remaining balance is due either during pickup or three business days before the flight if your puppy is being transported interstate. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future litter. Our puppies come from exceptional bloodlines and are provided with the highest level of care. From their living environment to their nutrition, we ensure your puppy is healthy, happy, well-socialised and has received a veterinary check-up.

5. Allocation of Your New Puppy

When our precious puppies reach six weeks old, we begin allocating them to their carefully matched new homes. This is a thorough and considerate process undertaken in collaboration with you. We consider various factors such as coat type for allergy sufferers, temperament, activity level and your preferences as a buyer. We gain valuable insights into their unique personalities and tendencies through our extensive knowledge of each puppy from birth, including regular handling and observation. With all this information and your puppy application, we strive to make the best possible match for you and your family.
